Jamestown is located at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 281 midway between Bismarck (State Capitol) and Fargo (Largest City). Located in the valley where the James and Pipestem rivers meet the city has a population of about 16,000.
The City offers a variety of recreational opportunities from summer activities such as fishing, hunting, and golfing to winter activities such as ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. Jamestown is also home to The World’s Largest Buffalo, the National Buffalo Museum, and the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame. Jamestown offers something for everyone!
